We do everything we can to ship your orders out as soon as possible. Your satisfaction is our priority! For customers, majority orders are shipped out in 3 business days with cleared payment. The shipping do not update during the weekends. There’s no Delivery service or courier service on Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays. Due to the extra large size and weight of our tents, the delivery we use is truck logistics delivery. Usually for US buyers, it takes about 10-18 business days to arrive. Small products are shipped by courier, and the time limit is 5-7 days. Before delivery, the courier will contact you to arrange a delivery time so that you can easily sign for it. If you do not receive it, please contact us first and we will do our best to support you. All of our products are stored in and shipped from our warehouse in the United States. We do not ship to FPO, APO or PO Box addresses.
Please note that deliver to PO BOX address is not available for bulky items. Please make sure you have provided a correct physical address during checkout on products of excessive size.

We provide 30 days money back on non-defective, undamaged, unused and resalable products. Restocking fee and other fee may apply upon the condition of returned products. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Product is not eligible for refund after the 30-day refund period has expired.
Each product carries limited replacement warranty period stated in each listing's item description.
Customer will be responsible for the return shipping. All returned products (Replace or Refund) have to obtain a RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization #) prior to return. Any returned product without a RMA # on package will not be processed. Buyers are responsible for appropriate packing, insurance and returning the item in "new" or “original” condition. Used items will not be accepted for return.
To obtain a RMA #, please contact us through eBay message system with your eBay user ID, eBay item ID #, and a brief description about your item condition and/or service requested. We will work on resolving your case ASAP.
