Book measures approx. 11 3/4" long,  9" wide.  The binding is leather and about 2" into the boards and the decorative paper (looks like).  145 printed pages.  I would call the condition "Very Good" (not an expert),  there is some wear to the leather binding and several pages are loose but still attached,  no marks or writing,  no name inside cover.
