Mino ware is characterized by pinholes, black spots, and differences in color and pattern, but please enjoy these as part of the texture of the pottery. Please note that there are subtle differences between individual products.
Depending on the glaze (the coating color on the surface of the dish), some may have crazing (fine cracks on the surface of the glaze), but this does not interfere with use.
Do not use on an open flame, in an oven, in a microwave, or in a dishwasher.
Do not use abrasive scrubbers, cleansers, metal scrubbers, etc.
