CUSTOMS

2. In Holding in your local customs
If your package is held in your local customs, you have to contact your local customs and Fedex/Post Office.
If you need the document to clear the customs, please contact us via eBay message and we will provide any documents after checking with our courier.
If the package returned due to refusal of pay customs tax or unsuccessful delivery
(e.g. insufficient address information, no such receiver, etc),
you have to pay for all Shipping cost and 10% of total price.

RETURN POLICY

We accept the returns only the item is defective, And you have to send us the photo for prove.
