This is an original press photo. Representative Thomas B. Curtis called for elimination of the Long Term Cotton Textile Arrangement (LTA) in a speech prepared for the House of Representatives. The Missouri Republican called the LTA a "violation of sound trade principle" and a "dangerous irritant to our relationships with the emerging nations." Photo measures 8 x 7.75 inches. Photo is dated 08-30-1966.
