Day at the Beach Foundation Paper Pattern by MH Designs finished product about 12 3/4" by 13 1/2"

Item Condition: Items stored in a non-smoking, cat friendly home. I have not checked in detail but all items should be included. 

Return Policy: I accept all returns pay for the return shipping. If you have questions I will get back to you within 24 hours.

Shipping: I ship daily Monday through Friday, minus holidays usually in the morning. Unless my store says I am away you should always receive a shipping tracking number within 1 business day of your order. 

I have other fabric and quilting items, if you would like to order multiple items I will refund shipping cost so that you pay only what it cost to ship the items.
