I send all items out via Royal Mail 2nd class post, unless another service is specifically requested.  This is so I can keep postage costs to a minimum.  I keep proof of postage for all items, so please contact me if you do not receive your item.  I post within a maximum of 2 working days following receipt of payment.

  Returns and Refunds  

I always try to list my items as accurately as possible.  In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, then I will offer a full refund, plus the return postage costs once you have sent the item back to me.  If you change your mind with your purchase, I am happy to give a refund upon it's safe return (in the same condition it was sent out) although I cannot refund return postage costs under these circumstances.
