Book 1: Judgment Day
In 2020, Earth's magnetic poles vanished, exposing the planet to cosmic radiation that nearly annihilated humanity. In the Abyss, a realm dominated by mutated creatures known as xenogenics, a sentient mushroom was born. This peculiar being, nourished by the remains of a deceased human named An Ze, gained a humanoid form and adopted a similar name: An Zhe.
An Zhe ventures to a human base in search of his missing spore, which was taken by humans. However, the journey is perilous, as his true nature must remain hidden from the Judges—those tasked with detecting and eliminating xenogenics. Among them, Colonel Lu Feng is the most vigilant and ruthless, executing any xenogenic upon discovery.
Yet, despite Lu Feng's sharp instincts, An Zhe’s mutation goes unnoticed. Thus begins a complex tale of survival and conflict between humans and xenogenics.
