Adjust the Tone on Your Acoustic Guitar with Point Mass Technology. Specifically designed to change how your guitar resonates resulting in fuller and warmer tone. Made in the USA out of Solid Brass. Patent Pending. Nothing compares to the warm sound of an Acoustic Guitar. We all want to love the sound of the music we play and want to be excited to pick up that guitar, but not all guitars bring that same sweet feeling. Some guitars are overly Bright for our taste, lacking Warmth and Smoothness. The harsh tones often leave us uninspired and unmotivated to play and leaves our audience unimpressed. This is why the Point Mass was designed.By simply adding a small weight, strategically near the bridge, you can transform your tone, shifting the high frequency energy into the mid and lower range, similar to an equalizer but completely passive. The added weight lowers the frequency of the natural response of your sound board and Boosts the Mid-Range adding Warmth. The extra weight also helps to dampen the high frequency harshness leaving behind a smooth clear tone. Two Sizes are available - please specify your applicationLight - recommended for guitars that are very responsive sound boards. Examples like large bodied high end guitars.Heavy - recommended for guitars that are less responsive with strong sound boards. Examples, 12 Strings, Acoustic Bass and travel guitars (i.e. Baby Taylor, Little Martin)
