Mississippi Fruity FlavourMortar is a unique essence that allows you to create a beverage inspired by the sunny banks of the Mississippi, combining flavours of caramel, peach, vanilla, orange and lemon.

It is a fruity bourbon-based liqueur that combines a wealth of flavours, perfect for making homemade fruit liqueurs.

Directions for use:

1. Pour the contents of the bottle (50 ml) into a 2.25 L bottle.
2. Add 270 g of granulated sugar.
3. Fill up to 3/4 with clear vodka and shake until the sugar dissolves.
4. Then top up the bottle with alcohol to the mark and mix thoroughly.
5. Once the mortar has been blitzed, the alcohol is ready to drink after 24 hours, but it is better to leave it for a minimum of a week to allow the flavour to fully develop.
