 IMPORTANT SHIPPING AND HANDLING INFORMATION:

Our products areshipped chilled and on ice using thermo polystyrene packaging.  Your orderis normally shipped the same working day if it is received before 12am Mon -Thu.  We do not normally ship on Fridays nor Saturdays as we cannotguarantee next day delivery when free/standard shipping is selected.  Ifyou would like guaranteed next day delivery or Saturday delivery please selectrelevant shipping option at the checkout.

Internationalorders will bear extra ice and thermos packaging to ensure adequate storage andtransportation condition up to 5 days.

PAYMENTS, HANDLING& SHIPPING

We also accept other means of payments like banktransfers and international IBAN payments.  Contact us prior to purchasingfor advice on best payment options.

In the unlikely event that your order is damaged intransit, please send us the pictures of the damage to allow us to claimcompensation from shipping company.  We will gladly replace the item at noadditional charge.

REFUNDS &WARRANTEES

Refund policy: regretfully, we are unable to offera refund once the order is opened.  Products can be stored for 6 monthsand must be consumed within 2 weeks of opening.  You will be so pleasedwith the taste that you would never want to return it.  We take feedbackvery seriously, please remember if you are not happy with our service orproducts, then please contact us.

SHIPPING ANDPACKAGING INFORMATION:

The products are shipped chilled andusually delivered within 48 business hours using Royal Mail trackable deliveryservice.  NOTE: we DO NOT ship orders received after 3pm cut off time orFridays or days preceding bank holidays due to chilled nature of ourproducts.  Additional cost would be 8.50 gbpfor orders up to two kg of the products.  Charges will vary depending onthe wait of your order over two kg. If you require Express Next Daydelivery and/or Worldwide, please contact prior to confirm pricing.  Wealways use traceable quality services (TNT, DHL, UPS, Royal Mail andHermes) for items with the value exceeding 10 GBP.  International shippingwill be charged accordingly.  Collections in person and cash payments arewelcome. Please contact me prior to purchasing should you have other shippingpreferences.

In the unlikely event that your orderis delivered damaged, kindly take pictures of damaged packaging and/or productand forward them to us to allow us to claim compensation from the courier. We will happily replace damaged item once it is returned to us at noextra charge.  In most cases we will compensate your return shipping costup to 5.00 GBP.  Never hesitate to contact us should any questions arise.
