Payment is due within 3 days of your purchase.
We will ship the item within 5 days after receiving cleared payment.

Shipping is available from Monday to Friday.
Weekends and Japanese holidays are not available because post office is closed.

Customer service and satisfaction are very important to us.
I have an unconditional return policy if notified within 60 days of the receipt of the item.
All returned items must be the original condition.

* Before dispatch, every item we sell is photographed and individually recorded, and serial numbers are noted where the item has one. This applies to all of our listings, without exception.
International Buyers - Please Note:
For buyers in the United States: Import duties and taxes are included in the item price or shipping cost (DDP). No additional fees on delivery.
For buyers in the United Kingdom: Orders of £135 or under have import VAT collected by eBay at checkout, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery. Orders over £135: duties and VAT are collected by the carrier upon delivery.
For all other destinations: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
EU Customs Notice (effective October 2026): New EU rules require different customs handling depending on your order's value. For orders of €150 or under, we prepay all duties and VAT, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery. For orders over €150, duties and VAT are collected by the carrier upon delivery based on your country's rate, as required by your local customs regulations.
