Enameller Robert Andre Paris (name bottom right).

Qualified as a soldier in 1938 in 239 Regiment (Evreux).

A commemorative plaque in the town hall in nearby Vernon (20 miles) lists Soldat Marcel Marchand as having been killed in 1940.  Likely the same person.
