This is an original press photo. Pump Truck: Firefighters at the Bethesda Fire Station work with a truck they bought with the proceeds from a barbecue held last year. The station is holding another barbecue today and Saturday. Shot of the new 1967 Mack 750 HPM Pump outside the Bethesda Fire Station on Route 324 in Bethesda Community the truck was brought from La Plata, Maryland and costed 3500 dollars and will be used as a back-up to the pump they already have and holds 500 gallons of water. The truck was brought with last year's barbeque money. This years will go towards two more bays on the existing fire station for Fridays. The shot is of Johnny Clawson checking out the hose as other firefighters look on.Photo measures 10 x 8inches. Photo is dated 5-14-1986.
