Description:

We took the sound of our Krypton car amps and we added top of the line marine grade parts so that they will last forever and withstand even the harshest conditions on the water.

We went a little overboard (no pun intended) to make this amp marine ready. We conformal coated the PCB board with a waterproof glue that is painted on to protect the circuitry. The heat sink, including the bottom plate, is made of aluminum which is rustproof. The end panels, internal mounting screws and hardware of the amp are made of stainless steel and are rustproof. Even after many years of use the amp will be rust free and operate like new!

This amp has a very cool fully adjustable 12dB/Octave crossover. What is cool about it is that our crossover supports low pass, high pass, bandpass, and subsonic. This makes our amp ideal for subwoofers (sealed and vented), full range speakers, and midrange speakers. In high pass mode we allow you to filter out frequencies between 15Hz - 4K Hz. In full mode you will not be filtering any frequencies. The really cool part is in low pass mode you can use the high pass and low pass mode. So for example you can set the low pass mode to 50 hz, and then you can set the high pass to 15 Hz. In this case you would be playing frequencies in the range of 15-50 Hz on this channel. This would be an example of using the subsonic filter. Another option you have is for midrange speakers, you can use our low pass filter and set it really high. Lets say to 3Khz and then you can set the high pass to 150Hz and your midrange speakers will only play that frequency range. Our advanced crossover technology will allow you to really fine tune each speaker to get the sound you desire.

The KRYPTON MF3 is protected by a fully IC controlled circuit which includes mute, delay and soft start technology so that the amplifier will turn on safely every time and protect your speakers from popping.

You will also notice we decided to add a cool battery voltage display meter which looks great but also serves as a tool for you to know if your battery voltage is dropping which would affect your systems performance. We designed the amps to be able to last for many years even if you are playing them at max volume before clipping for extended periods of time. This is a class A/B amplifier which is what we recommend to get the best sound quality out of full range speakers.

One other cool features about this amp is the marine public address system. Simply plug the microphone into the 3.5mm jack and you are ready to go. The amplifier features talk-over functionality. When the microphone is being used the music will fade to the background until you stop talking into the mic.

The RMC series of marine speakers by Rockville are a major upgrade to our old RMS series. Don’t get me wrong we loved our old series, but we strive for perfection. We wanted a speaker that is more durable, more water resistant, can handle more power, and put out better sound quality!

As always we sent our team on a speaker-hunting adventure. We tested countless prototypes until the RMC series was born. We ended up with a speaker that has a lot more bass and mids than any other speaker on the market at this price point. This speaker will destroy all those cheap dual cone speakers, and it will compete with top branded marine speakers on the market today!

These speakers are completely waterproof and protected from the elements! They are UV treated and have a special waterproof coating to prevent water damage. Also these speakers come with a 1 year warranty to give you the peace of mind you deserve when purchasing from Rockville!

Rockville engineers care about quality and sound more than anything else. The RMC65W was designed in a molded ABS plastic basket. The polypropylene cone is reliable and sounds great. This material is used on most of the top speakers on the market. We use rubber surrounds on these to eliminate unwanted distortion. In addition rubber is a very waterproof material. The ½" polymer tweeter puts out incredible sounding highs. The low end bass and mids of these speakers really makes them stand out.

The RMC65W 6.5" marine speakers were engineered to deliver amazing power and sound quality in the outdoors; be it saltwater, freshwater or any other harsh environments. These speakers can withstand tons of abuse and can handle 300 watts peak and 75 watts RMS each. These Rockville speakers comply with the CEA 2031 Loud Speaker Standard. This same rating standard is used by the highest end marine brands in the industry. CEA compliant means you can rest assured that the ratings are 100% legitimate. (We compared these against other brands and although some of these other brands stated higher wattage the Rockville RMC65W speakers were able to handle more than double the power!)

If your item is defective or you want to return it for any reason within the first 30 days of when it was delivered to you; you have the following options:

• We will send you a pre-paid shipping label to replace the item for a brand new one.
• We will send you a pre-paid shipping label to exchange the item for another item of your choice. If the item you chose is more or less money we will work out the price difference with you.
• If you are returning a working item in used condition for a refund there will be a 20% used item fee deducted from your refund. All replacements and exchanges are free.
