Usage:

Wash your hair with your favorite shampoo, we do recommend Kerastase Bain Chroma Respect (for fine-medium hair). Apply a hazelnut sized amount on washed and towel-dried hair. Massage through mid-lengths and ends, avoiding roots to ensure lightweight volume. Leave in for 2 to 3 minutes. Emulsify and rinse thoroughly.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING 

We package every item with great care to ensure it arrives safely. Many of our items qualify for free shipping. For products that incur a shipping fee, costs are calculated based on the package weight and your shipping location.

Once your order is processed and payment has fully cleared, we'll dispatch your item according to the following schedule:

• Orders placed Monday–Friday before 2:00 PM CT ship the same day.
• Orders placed Saturday before 8:00 AM CT ship the same day.
• Orders placed on Sundays or federal holidays ship the next business day (by 2:00 PM CT).

We ship via USPS, FedEx, or UPS, with options for Standard, Expedited, and Express delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

We take the same great care in packaging for international orders to ensure safe arrival. Free shipping applies to many items, and any applicable shipping fees are based on package weight and destination.

Processing and dispatch follow the same schedule as domestic orders (listed above).

We primarily use USPS or Aramex for international delivery, offering Standard, Expedited, and Express options.

IMPORTANT NOTES

• Buyers are responsible for all costs related to undelivered or unclaimed packages.
• Estimated delivery times may vary due to international customs processing.
• Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or additional charges that may apply.
• We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by foreign customs authorities.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

We want you to love your purchase! If you need to return or exchange an item, you may do so within 30 days of the delivery date.

The item must be returned in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

For sanitary and health reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used, opened, or customized (e.g., tailored to specific needs).

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery confirmation. We'll ask for photos of the damaged package/item to document the issue. Approved claims receive a prepaid return label at no cost to you, with no restocking fee.

Unclaimed or Returned Packages (e.g., incorrect address, refused, or uncollected): If a package is returned to us by the carrier, we'll process a refund for the item price. The original outbound shipping cost we paid will be deducted from the refund.

Non-Damaged, Customer-Initiated Returns: For eligible returns where the order was correctly fulfilled and undamaged, we'll refund the item price. The original outbound shipping cost will be deducted from the refund (we do not refund shipping fees).

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange: Please contact us directly through our store's messaging system or support form to start the process. We'll guide you and provide any necessary instructions or return authorization.

Where possible, reuse the original shipping box and materials to protect the item during return transit.
