This is a gorgeous 1962 Lincoln cent DDO.  Pulled from a OBW roll (Brandt) , they are clear unmarked BU reds which show all the splits and extra thickness in all the right places, lol.  The coins are real fine  examples of this nice DDO.  As stated the attributions are as follows  -  coppercoins 1DO-020 , Coneca has it at DDO- 020 and Wexlers as WDDO-046.  A beautiful error/variety for a good price.  I have 2 and will sell 1 or as many as wanted.
