About Us
Born in the basement of our home in 2013, Recoil Gunworks is a family-owned and operated business that provides quality firearms and ammunition at a competitive price.
Realizing we needed more room than the basement could provide, we moved into a 900 sq. ft. commercial building in our local downtown. But after a devastating flood in 2017, we were tasked with building Recoil Gunworks back even better than before. It took a lot of time and energy, but over the next four years, we cleaned the space and began to quickly outgrow it yet again. We had five storage containers in the parking lot stuffed full of products for our customers and knew we needed to expand.
In 2021 construction was complete on our new 8000 sq. ft. warehouse and we were able to provide a wider range of products to our loyal customers. (And we already need more space!)
Our online platform allows us to operate much more efficiently than your typical brick & mortar gun shop, which allows us to pass those cost savings on to you! The wide range of firearms and related products we offer are readily available to be shipped directly to you. Whether you need it in the woods or on the range, we'll get it there!
Shipping
NO shipping to freight forwarding agencies.
Orders are shipped in the order in which they are received. An order is considered complete once all information for the order is received.
Shipments will be shipped via FedEx, UPS, USPS, or other carrier. We reserve the right to choose the shipping carrier for each order. Tracking numbers will be provided on all orders.
All orders receive email confirmation of shipment and are updated on the Order Status page.
We only ship to the lower 48 continental US. NO SHIPMENTS TO PUERTO RICO.
Returns & Exchanges
All returns require a RMA number. Please call or email Recoil Gunworks before returning any items. Items without a valid RMA number will not be accepted. Returns must be unopened and in original packaging to receive return credit.
Returns or Exchanges must be arranged within 10 days of receipt. Any return or exchange initiated after 10 days will not be accepted.
***A 15% restocking fee is applied on returns and exchanges.***
