As with the FLX series, both rekordbox and Serato DJ Pro are supported. The new GROOVE CIRCUIT function allows you to replace or add effects to only the drum part of a song playing in the rekordbox environment, and the STEMS FX function of Serato DJ Pro also supports applying various effects to each part individually. The deck is made of CDJ-3000, CDJ-3000, and CDJ-3000-MI. The layout of the deck section is based on the CDJ-3000, and the mixer section on the DJM-A9. This allows you to play with the same feel as in a club setting.

GROOVE CIRCUIT is a function that allows you to easily create remixes with simple button operations. By replacing the drum part of the currently playing song with another drum loop, an existing song can be changed to a different genre or style. You can also apply effects to the drum part, allowing you to create fill-ins, build-ups, and breakdowns as you wish. By freely manipulating the drum parts, you can play your own unique remixes at will.

The GROOVE CIRCUIT function is only available in rekordbox for Mac/Windows.

If you are using rekordbox for iOS/Android, functions such as SAMPLER can be used instead of GROOVE CIRCUIT.

If you are using Serato DJ Pro, the STEMS FX function described below can be used instead of GROOVE CIRCUIT.

DRUM SWAMP

The drum part of a song loaded on the deck can be swapped with another drum loop source at the touch of a button. 40 drum loop sources in various genres are available for immediate enjoyment after purchasing DDJ-GRV6.

DRUM ROLL/TRANS

By applying the ROLL or TRANS effect to the drum part, you can improvise drum rolls, add fill-ins at the joints of songs, and easily create build-ups.

Easily create breakdowns by applying RELEASE FX to drum parts.

SMART ROTARY SELECTOR

The DDJ-GRV6 features the new SMART ROTARY SELECTOR function, which, when combined with rekordbox for Mac/Windows ver. 7, enables up/down and left/right tilt operation in addition to conventional rotation and push operation. The left/right operation allows intuitive navigation through the media browser, tree view, and track list, while the up/down operation allows fast navigation through playlists and collections. This makes it possible to quickly reach the desired song from a vast library.

DISCOVER function

By pressing the DISCOVER button, you can quickly access Track Suggestion, which lists recommended songs, allowing you to rediscover unexpected songs or discover new ones.

Remix performance is possible with STEMS FX of Serato DJ Pro

DDJ-GRV6 is also compatible with Serato DJ Pro, and the STEMS FX function is available. Effects such as ROLL, TRANS, ECHO OUT, and DELAY can be applied to each STEM that separates a song into drums, bass, vocals, and melody, allowing for more creative musical expression than ever before. In addition, by attaching the included overlay sheet, each control can be renamed to a STEMS FX-specific function name, allowing you to use the function more intuitively.

Multi-device compatibility to enjoy DJing on your PC/Mac or mobile device

The DDJ-GRV6 can be used not only with rekordbox for Mac/Windows, but also with rekordbox for iOS/Android. Connect your mobile devices to enjoy DJ play in a variety of situations.

This unit does not support Bluetooth® connection.

When using rekordbox for iOS/Android, only 1ch and 2ch of this unit can be used.
