We take and process all photos of inventory ourselves--all products pictured are the ones sent to you! Most items are shipped out the very next day. 30-day DOA warranty provided.

Policies

Returns for brand new items which are still unopened and in its original retail packaging (as sent to you) are permitted but subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Otherwise, if a brand new product has been opened, returns with full refunds are only permissible if the product is defective or not as described. Additionally, you must first contact us in order to try and resolve the product defect before you initiate the return. We provide a 30-day DOA warranty for any defective products, so there is plenty of time to figure out if there's anything wrong with your purchase. If you opened the product but it isn't defective or if you didn't try to first contact us before initiating the return, a restocking fee of 50% applies.

Please note that we record all serial numbers of items that we sell as a fraud prevention measure.
