If they are not removed, they will reduce the electrical contact performance and finish in the welding process, and directly affect the welding quality. In order to ensure the quality of welding, it is necessary to use a cleaning block to wipe these dirt, and then melt the solder.

Sprinkle a little water on the cleaning pad during use, and it will swell in case of water. Sponge must be soaked in water, not too much but not too little. Squeeze the excess water, so that the welding nozzle can get good cleaning effect. If the cleaning sponge is not used, the welding tip will be damaged and tin will not be applied.

High-quality cleaning sponge for welding is placed on the soldering iron frame and used to clean the soldering tip. It can quickly clean the oxide on the surface of the soldering iron head without damaging the alloy layer of the soldering iron head. Usage method:

1. First, let the cleaning block absorb enough water, squeeze some by hand, and retain about 70% of the water.

2. Take the soldering iron handle and rub the heated soldering iron head on the cleaning block twice, and the tin layer on it will be as bright as new, and the soldering iron head will be clean, and then welding can be carried out.
 
3. In the future, if the sponge is dry before each use, it needs to be refilled with water.
