Peg looks to be strongly made. Looks like it will last a lifetime. Diameter of the peg fit perfectly. My only negative is the length of the peg is slightly too long for the holes that the peg sits in, causing it not to lay flush with the cabinet wall. Cabinet appears to have standard shelf mounting holes. Would be nice to have an option of a slightly smaller peg length.
