Professional commercial kitchen ventilation with our Baffle Grease Filters which work very differently from our Mesh Grease Filters. Rather than trapping the Grease within the Baffle Filter medium/flame barrier, these Baffle Grease Filters work by forcing the ‘Grease laden air’ directly through several changes of direction while passing through the Filters and because the droplets are unable to change their direction as quickly as the air in which they are carried, they thus become separated from the air, deposited on the Baffle Filter blades and drained directly into the convenient drip trays below.

Manufactured from Stainless Steel the Standard Grease Filters allow the trapped Grease to drain directly from the Baffle Filters. They are ‘easy to replace’ plus ‘simple to clean’
