Shipping Information

• Ships within 1 business day of received cleared funds.
• We will only ship to your registered eBay address at the time of purchase. We will not ship to an alternate address.
• Domestic shipping is free on all coins. For other items and International coin purchases, the shipping cost is specified.  We do offer a multi item discount for International shipments as stated in our FAQ's.
• When you purchase 4 slabbed coins or more on one invoice where each coin has a precious metal content of 1 ounce and free USPS First Class shipping already, we will upgrade your shipment to USPS Priority Mail for free.
• Tracking numbers are automatically uploaded to eBay once the shipping label has been printed and you will be notified with an automated email from ebay. You can also view the Tracking Number on ebay as well as get tracking information.
• All of our packages containing coins are fully insured through our Third Party Coin Dealer policy through Lloyd's of London. Our policy requires us to use a Delivery Confirmation on items up to $199.99 and a Signature Confirmation for items valued at $200.00 or higher.

Errors

• Whenever an inadvertent error or mistake has been discovered, RMC&S reserves the right to cancel the listing and make corrections. We also reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, and omissions and to revoke any stated offering even if an order has already been submitted.

Photos

• RMC&S diligently attempts to display professional product images as accurately as possible and all photography is performed in house. In the case of Proof Coins, there may appear to be issues that are actually not present due to the reflections of the polished/mirrored services.

Multiple Item Listings

• On auctions of our coins where more than 1 of the same coin or set is being sold, please remember that you may receive a different certification number than the one pictured even if we have sold down to the last one. All pictures in our auctions are the property and in our possession of RMC&S and when photographed and sometimes are used in multiple format auctions. All of our NGC and PCGS coins that are certified can in fact be authenticated. We always e-mail the certification number(s) to you at the same time that we print the shipping label, leave feedback, and package your purchase for mailing.

Returns

• 100% customer satisfaction is very important to us.
• All returns must be initiated within 5 Days of Receipt.
• Returns will not be accepted on any items that have been tampered with.
• You cannot use the return policy to cancel a purchase, only items that have been shipped & received are eligible.
• If an exchange is requested but we are out of stock on that item, a refund will be given.
• If a return is requested due to an error on our part, we will pay for return shipping using the method of our choice.
