Latest LAN Map Function
The RTX830 employs the “LAN Map” function, which has been well received by users of the higher-end RTX1210 model, to visualize and control the LAN status, allowing users to grasp the network connection status at a glance for quick trouble detection and resolution.
The “LAN Map” function of the RTX830 can be experienced through the “Remote Verification System” on the website of the Society of Network Engineers (YNE).
Console connection via USB serial
In addition to the conventional serial port, a USB mini serial connection is available. No separate USB serial conversion cable is required to connect to a PC.
Easy setup for cloud connection
Once the ID and authentication password obtained from the cloud service provider are entered, the connection settings are automatically generated and reflected in the router. This greatly reduces the time and effort required to set up a connection to cloud services.
★ Linkage with YNO (Yamaha Network Organizer)
YNO allows you to remotely manage your network using the Yamaha Network Organizer (YNO), a cloud-based integrated network management service. YNO allows you to centrally manage all your networks. YNO's integration supports the management of “moving networks” in this way.
The following functions are scheduled to be added to the YNO integration functions in the future.
GUI Forwarder
GUI screen operation of all network devices can be performed on the YNO screen without having to log in to each individual terminal.
Zero-touch configuration function
The configuration settings of the base terminal to be installed in the future can be saved in YNO in advance. Installation of base terminals requires only Internet connection settings and the entry of place IDs, enabling speedy deployment of bases.
