Longines Conquest Chronograph Stainless Steel Blue Dial Date Divers Quartz Mens Watch Model# L3.700.4.96.6 / L37004966
Since 1954, the Conquest line perpetuates the spirit of conquest to all who dare go further than others and venture unto new horizons. This Conquest Chronograph features a 41 mm stainless steel case that holds a sunray navy blue dial under a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal and a polished fixed bezel. It has silver-tone and luminescent obelisk hands, applied indices, and Arabic numerals at the 12 o'clock position as hour markers. Three subdials offer a sub-seconds register, a 30-minute, and a 12-hour counter. Together with the central chronograph seconds hand is a red 1/100th of a second hand which point towards the centisecond markers along the sloped flange. Other elements in red contrast are the subdial hands and 1/100th text near the 8 o'clock position. The screw-down crown and pushers adjust and operate the time, date, and chronograph functions while a bordered date window is located at the 4 o'clock position. Fitted with a stainless steel bracelet and secured by a triple safety folding clasp and push-piece opening mechanism. This watch has a solid caseback engraved with Longines' old winged hourglass logo with the Ernest Francillon & Compagnie signature (EFCo). Encased within is the caliber L440.2, a Swiss quartz chronograph movement and is water-resistant up to 300 meters/1000 feet.
