All figures are new inside of unopened packages.  The packages do have wear and tear from storage, scratches/scuffs, creases/edge wear and tear, waving, creases/minor crushing/dings on some of the bubbles, spots, dust, cardboard surface tear/rips, one has a fade spot from where a price tag was.
