I bought theis volume over 40 years ago at Noah'  s Ark in Abbeville, South Carolina.  They imported furniture and books from Pennsylvania, New York and  other points in the North East.  They had a long wall of old books that were over 60 feet wide and 8 to 10 feet high.  It burned down in the 1980s. I've had them in my basement since then.  They are tired of me and want to be seen by someone who will love them.

Volume 8 has issues from October 1820- March 1821. 

These volumes were bound by T Sowler of 15 St Anns Square in Manchester.
