- Reason: The item must be damaged or defective upon receipt. This includes any printing errors or incorrect sizes sent on our behalf.
- Timeframe: Items must be returned within 10 days of the purchase date.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them. Original packaging is not neccesary.
