Any items that are listed as NEW OTHER will be a product that's as new and unused but may have minor cosmetic marks or package damage/non original packaging All of the products we sell are tried and tested where necessary, this means that they have been plugged in, charged, water tested etc to confirm they run, no item has been tested under heavy load (e.g cutting wood, drilling/screwing, mowing grass etc if a product comes with a battery we cannot confirm how long the batteries life has left, all we do know is that as of this moment is that it charges and is working.  

 All products that we ship are sent via yodel and dispatched within 48 Hour tracked service.
