1977 Press Photo Sister Aloysius with Chapel Restoration Gift from Elenian Club

This is an original press photo. Sister Aloysius (center) was a special guest at a benefit luncheon held Tuesday by the Elenian Club, to finance completion of the restoration of Cabrini Convent Chapel and for the Piazza d'Italia fund. Also attending the gathering at the Hyatt Regency were Mrs. Jerome Camiola (left), Elenian Club president, and Mrs. Joseph Bruno, philanthropy chairman. Sister Aloysius is coordinator of the project to restore the chapel at 3400 Esplanade Ave. Photo measures 10 x 8.25inches. Photo is dated 11-20-1977.
