Vintage Pusnes Arendal Norway Ship Builder Identification Hull Plate Brass Type 22

This may be bronze, not sure.  It is solid and heavy.

5 1/2" wide, 5 1/4" tall.

This is possibly from a Type 22 frigate?

The Pusnes company built, converted and modified ships until 1961.

 Now in modern times the company builds the largest ship loading and winch systems in the world. It is called Nippon Pusnes and they use the same logo, a circular chain inside a gear.

There is a little spot of paint remaining on the back side bottom right that was pulled off whatever this was mounted to which shows it was painted about 7 times. The color showing may be its original - dark blue-green as it would have been the closest to the wall or equipment.

There is also layers of yellow, lighter blue-green, black, dark green, red, white.

All original,  good condition, no cracks or dents.
