quality control sometimes was not to our standards, but that is the quality of
manufacturing for making Vinyl Figures in CHINA. We cannot return the figures
to StrangeCo for credit as "defective". CHINA does
not have the same health and manufacturing rules and regulations as other parts
of the world. However, you receive the
Quality Assurance standards for this type of CHINA Made product that were mass
manufactured. There MAY BE
imperfections with seams, clarity and overall “perfectness” of a molded CHINA
made VINYL Figure / TOY. We have seen
many issues with these types of "VINYL Figures" that are manufactured
in CHINA and the larger they are, the more imperfections...or just sloppy mold
processing and manufacturing techniques. StrangeCo and JERMAINE had high
Quality standards and it shows in the Veils.
Others we have seen are much lower in quality and production flaws. We ship a NEW – Never “Displayed” or taken out of the Box, however, the figure you will receive Brand NEW, Never displayed or owned before and is exactly as it arrived from StrangeCo – our Distributor – when we purchased 200 of the Veils, 50 of the Judgment Veils and various other Veil variants. Any “imperfections” were there and at the time and passed the quality specifications for release for export to the distributor in the US to us. We have 4 Original Veils and NO Judgment Veils left in stock and out of selling 260+ Veils, we had 3 complaints of “imperfections”. We believe in transparency and the eyes of the beholder sees clearly. We have “verified” the remaining OG Veils as being complete and did not witness any flaws.
