Hello. Here is a 24" dial type torque wrench for your needs.This one is an older model but looks barely used.By it self it is non- ratcheting but it does come with a PROTO #5447 ratcheting head that you can insert unto the tool. The dial face is not scratched up and adjusts easily to zero. Not initialed either. Comes with instructions to use and to recalibrate the tool. Included is the sturdy metal case.  Thanks.
