All our creations are designed in the UK and responsibly and ethically produced by our global product specialist partners in the Far- East & in the Indian Sub-continent. As part of our CSR, we ensure conformance and compliance to all local and international standards.

We offer free fully tracked standard shipping on all orders to  UK Mainland only with the exception of Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of White, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles & Scottish Islands . Delivery to these areas incur an extra surcharge. Please see our rates table for extra surcharges.

We ship out all orders within 24 hours of receipt of the completed purchase cycle - including payment. Our standard delivery time is 3 – 5 working days and we will send out a notification to your contact address with an ETA once your order has been despatched. If your order does not arrive within the stipulated time frame please contact the courier company mentioned in the shipment notification. Failure to do so may result in the parcel being returned to us and you, the customer incurring a return or redelivery charges (see postage page for charges).

If after contacting the courier company and for an item to be deemed as missing we MUST wait for a period of 15 days (UK) 30 days (International) from the dispatch date. A replacement will then be sent after this period has lapsed if you have not received your order.

Express delivery is available at extra cost please choose the appropriate delivery option at checkout. In line with our standard operating procedures we retain a despatch profile of all orders we process so you can shop with a peace of mind knowing that your order will be received in the same condition it was despatched.

We will only ship to the address provided to us via eBay and it is the customers responsibility to ensure the postal and email address’ are up-to-date and correct. It is advisable for customers to provide a mobile telephone number in your eBay account so that the courier may contact you if needed.

Your satisfaction is our top priority and we implement rigorous quality assurance procedures prior to the despatch of your item to ensure this. If you have any concerns with regards to your purchase please contact via us eBay messages at the earliest and our customer services department will resolve your query within the same working day.

We provide accurate and complete descriptions for all our product and we do not over-state the product features and configurations. All products are implicitly photographed. However varying devices, monitors and system configurations might alter the hue or tones to the real life shade. These are beyond our control and responsibility.

If for any reason you are not pleased with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order and the item must be returned to us within 30 days of the receipt of your order. You will receive a refund of the item price less the P&P charge incurred by us to deliver your order. In order to expedite this refund in the quickest possible manner we require the item is returned back to us un-opened, unused and with all original documents. All the seals and packaging must be intact and in the original condition; with all packaging undamaged and in an as sold condition. Items that are returned to us otherwise will not liable for any refund.

When returning, the cost of posting the return must be paid by you. Please ensure it is well wrapped and insured for transit. Retain the proof of posting certificate; we are not responsible for returns going missing in transit and we are not liable or able to accept or process your refund for damaged returns. If the item is delivered to us damaged we will inform you immediately so you can claim from your post or courier company.

Please also include your eBay user name, address, date of purchase and item number in the parcel. Your refund will be processed once the item is received by us and is inspected and processed in line with our procedures. Please contact us via eBay messages for our returns address.

All postage and packaging charges incurred by us are non-refundable and will be deducted at the time of the refund from the item price.

In the unlikely event of a faulty or damaged item being received by you, please ADD the reason F/D10 in your eBay message to us. This will ensure a quick resolution - which based on the issue may be a missing spare part or replacement being sent out to you - by the relevant QA technician within the same working day. We have our own dedicated inhouse QA technicians to ensure a quality hassle free shopping experience.
