MADE IN USA. THESE ARE VINTAGE FROM THE 70s/80s and still have the tag attached at the sole. Van Leunens is no longer even in business.   SEE PHOTOS. There is a slight separation on the heel. I don't know if that was the original design or if the glue has broken down over time. These are old. They don't seem to be coming apart anywhere else. I've bent them and they aren't falling apart.
