Processing Time: Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after payment has been cleared.

Shipping Services:

Economy Shipping (Outside US): We typically ship via India Post, with delivery times ranging from 11-23 days for the US & UK, and 2-4 weeks for the rest of the world, depending on the country’s customs process. Please note that we may use different services for convenience.

Fast Shipping: Expedited shipping through DHL Express is available. The additional charge for fast shipping starts at $35-$40, with higher costs for heavier parcels.

Customs Policy

Customs Clearance/Charges: All customs clearance or charges will be paid by the buyer. Buyers are also responsible for any return shipping costs.

Additional Costs: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your local customs authority to determine these additional costs before bidding or buying. These charges are typically collected by the delivering freight company or when you pick up the item. Please do not confuse them with additional shipping charges.

Delivery Information

Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel at your delivery address. If no one is available at the time of delivery, the postal/courier service will leave a note at your home. You will need to pick up the parcel from the post office by providing the registration number and proof of identity. If the parcel is not picked up within the specified time, it may be returned to us as unclaimed.

We accept payment via Payoneer ONLY.

Return Policy

Returns: Accepted within 30 days.

Refunds/Exchanges: Processed only after we receive the faulty item. If the item is mishandled, physically damaged, or altered in any way other than its original factory condition, the refund/exchange request will be canceled.

All faulty items must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt.
