Acceptable condition. Folder is in acceptable condition since the flaps have come loose (see photos) and there is moderate wear to the cardboard and folds. The informational inserts are all present and complete and besides a small stain on the front of the introductory book, they are in good to very good condition with minimal use. Ready to ship!
