This art glass snail figurine features controlled bubbles (bullicante) and has a highly polished bottom (suggesting that it might be Italian.)  It is clear glass with a bit of green and measures 4 inches in width and 3 inches in height.  This piece is in excellent condition with no cracks or chips.
