This set is from my personal collection - I built it 2-3 times since 2007.  It has otherwise been kept in storage away from light/smoke/heat.  Manuals are in good shape - manual 1 is getting a bit worn in the binding.  Its about as close to new as a used set can be.  I audit parts as I place them into bags to ensure 100% completeness.
