Headlight could not work? Here's the solutions:

1.Both side could not work?

please turn around the plug (swap the polarity) and try again

2.One side could not work?

1)please turn around the plug (swap the polarity) of the defective bulb and try again

2)please exchange the bulbs from side to side and see if the problem could solve

3)Please check your connection and fuse

4)If still could not help, please contact our customer service, we will get back to you within 24 working hours

 

3.Both side flicker/interference/error light?

You car need a resistor Cancelers Decoders, you can contact our customer service for help

 

Pls kindly noted that different cars have different connection way, which some have both positive and negative electrode, while some just have positive electrode but not negative. if there is just positive electrode but not negative, please connect the positive side, as for the negative wire, please connect to the car's metal shell.

 

 

Q1: Will this bulb fit my vehicle?

Q2: My item has not arrived, what's taking so long?
A2: Sometimes items take longer than expected, especially if it’s going far or to rural area. Check with your post office to see if your item has been held up. Sometimes Royal Mail will not update a tracking number until it has arrived at its destination. If your item still don't arrive after a few days, let us know so we can double check for you and help solve it asap.
Q3: My bulbs won't fit, help!
A3: Special bulb holder may be required. See if you can take the holder from the stock bulb. If not, let us know. The bulb size may be wrong, double check the item you received with the item you ordered. Do you have an aftermarket lighting housing? These may not be perfectly fitted for aftermarket bulbs and will require some manual modifications.
Q4: Neither side lighting up? Both sides flicker, hyper flash, or work inconsistantly.
A4:Check the light fuses, and then check the ballast plugs to insure correct installation. If this doesn't work, there may be a voltage problem with the vehicle.
You probably just need a relay or capacitor. Even though some bulbs are builtin resistors, they may still need a decoder.
Q5:Why after installing the bulb, there have the flicker/error message/radio interference?
A5: Some car's system is sensitive to the led bulb, we can send the decoder/resistor to help you solve the problem.
