Shipping Policy:
Please allow up to ten days from the date of dispatch before raising an item not received case. In instances where cells arrive damaged, please let us know immediately (with photo evidence) and we can arrange replacements to be sent. If you have been sent the wrong item, we'll gladly replace the item for you. Please do not open the foil packet the battery arrived in unless you are satisfied with the items condition, that it is the correct item, and that you intend to use the cell.
Returns:
Where the item is unused & simply unwanted, the return postage cost and a retesting fee (£5) will be deducted and a partial refund processed upon return of the item. Faulty cells will need to be returned to us for a refund to be processed.
Please note, compatibility issues arising from use are not our responsibility. Our batteries have a standard protection circuit which may not perform as expected with complex electronic devices where additional battery management circuitry us present.
This is not a consumer friendly product. As such, please ensure you know what you are buying and have assessed its compatibility with your intended application. We do not warrant these items against incorrect use. Sufficient precaution should be taken when handling Lithium Polymer batteries, and an awareness of relevant safety precautions is required.
