Handy Hangers for Stained Glass Projects - Bag of (10)

This listing is for a brand new bag of (10) Handy Hangers for hanging stained glass panels.  These brass hangers solder inside the wall of any size hollow hard metal came (zinc, brass, copper), and provide a solid surface to attach a hanging chain.  Since they're brass, they can be easily tinned to take patina to match your panel.  If you use a wire loop or jump ring to hang your panels, you're missing out on the safety and convenience of these great hangers!  Since they're mounted INSIDE the channel of your framing came, it allows the panel to hang straight up and down, instead of tilted forward or backward, as can happen if you mount a wire loop on the front or back of the panel.

To use, just cut your vertical came square at the top corners, instead of mitering them.  Then, simply drop the narrow shaft of the Handy Hanger down inside the came and solder fast.  Fill the remaining space inside the came with solder, and you're finished.  Alternately, you can miter the top corners, and then trim a little off the ends of the horizontal came, so you can still drop the hanger down inside the vertical came.  For round panels, you can use a file to file a slit in the came, drop in the hanger, and solder fast.  Instructions for use are included in the package.  Need more than 10?  We also sell bags of 50 in our eBay store.
