This product is made in Japan, using Japanese-grown Tono Hinoki cypress, a high-quality material said to rival Kiso Hinoki. The Shinto altar set is recommended for those setting up a Shinto altar for the first time. It includes a Shinto altar, ceramic ritual implements, a divine mirror, and artificial Sakaki flowers, combining our popular Shinto altar and ritual implements.
The distinctive feature of this Shinto altar is its back roof, designed like a lid, making it easy to insert and remove large Ofuda (Shinto talismans). (Registered Utility Model) This is a low-profile type of Shinto altar that suits the current housing situation. The Ofuda can be placed by removing the front door.
