One Piece Figure DXF GRANDLINE MEN FILM GILD Tesoro (Damaged).

The goggles on top of his head was broken off and removed from the figure(see last 2 pictures).  It is missing the goggles.  6 1/2 inches tall.  Might be missing other parts.  You get what you see in the pictures.  From a smoke free home/no odors.
