Error code and the solutions:
1)" E1 " Motor Hall failure
Solution: Hall fault Motor Hall is damaged Motor Hall is damaged, replace the motor.
2)" E2 " MOS tube failure
1. The motor phase wires are short-circuited to each other
2. The internal components of the controller are damaged
Solution: 1. Check whether the motor phase wires are broken or have other damage, replace the motor
2. Replace the controller
3)" E3 "Brake failure
1. The brake lever is damaged
2. The brake lever does not return before starting the machine
Solution: 1. Replace the brake lever
2. Release the brake lever to make it return, if the error still occurs, replace the brake lever
4)" E4 " Accelerator failure
1. The speed control handle is damaged
2. The speed control handle is not returned before starting the machine
Solution: 1. Replace the speed control handle
2. Loosen the speed control handle to make it return to its original position, if the error is still reported, replace the speed control handle
5)" E5 " Undervoltage protection
The supply voltage is lower than the minimum supply voltage of the controller
Solution: Charge or replace the battery
6)" E6 " Controller/instrument communication failure
The instrument and controller cannot communicate
Solution: 1. Check whether the communication line is connected properly.
2. Check whether the motor phase line or the Hall line is damaged and leaking.
3. Replace the motor.
7)" E7 " Overvoltage protection.The power supply voltage is higher than the maximum power supply voltage of the controller.
Solution: Replace the battery or motor phase wire that matches the voltage of the controller. Short circuit with the Hall wire leads to leakage.
8)" E8 " Controller operational amplifier failure
The controller is damaged due to water ingress or internal components are damaged due to other reasons
Solution: Replace the controller
9)" E9 " Stalled rotor fault
1. There is an obstacle that prevents the motor from rotating and the motor is stuck
2. The wiring sequence between the motor and the controller is incorrect
Solution: 1. Loosen the speed control handle and remove the obstacle
2. Take the motor and let the controller manufacturer match it again
10)" E0 " temperature protection After the motor reaches the set value of temperature protection,
the instrument reports E0 fault, and the motor cannot run.
After the motor cools down, the temperature drops below the set value before normal riding.
