Our orders are normally shipped via DHL Express. Your order will be dispatched within 1-3 working days of receiving payment (Monday-Friday and not including local public holidays) and normally you should expect to receive it 4 - 6 days (for USA, Singapore & Europe) after dispatch and 4 - 7 days (for other countries).
In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, then WE are responsible and will issue either a full refund or replacement.
For undeliverable packages due to the buyer’s fault (receiver non-contactable by the courier upon delivery or the wrong address/ contact submitted by the buyer), when the package is returned to us, the buyer will be responsible for the reshipping costs if the buyer wish us to resend the item.

We stand behind our products. Items can be returned for exchange or full refund within 30 days from the date you receive your merchandise.
