Kemper Sullivan, acting chief of research and development for the United States Maritime Administration, will address a meeting of the Propeller Club Wednesday at noon in the Roosevelt hotel. Sullivan will discuss the development and operation of the N.S. Savannah, first nuclear-powered American merchant vessel.
