Often times I ship same day if payment is received by 11:00AM Eastern time.  Items purchased on a weekend will ship out the following Monday or business day but many times I ship on Saturday if payment is received before 10:00AM Eastern time.  Because I want to get orders to the buyer as quickly as possible but in a cost-effective way, I generally ship out USPS or FedEx Ground and sometimes USPS Priority.
