  2.We offer 30-day refund and return policy, items cannot be returned or refunded after 30 days from the day you received your order. Any items that are used, altered, or damaged by the customer will not be accepted.  
  3.All returns must be packaged properly. We do not send or issue call tags. Return shipping is responsibility of the customer
